This policy describes how The Apex House handles information when you visit this website, send a booking request, or make a payment. We use booking details to respond to you, review your event needs, and provide the services you request.

Information you provide

When you submit a booking request, we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, email address, WhatsApp number, service selection, event name and type, preferred dates, venue or platform, audience size, and brief. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the information in your message.

How we use your information

• To review your request, check availability, prepare a quote, and contact you about your booking.
• To send booking confirmations, payment information, and service-related updates.
• To protect the booking form from spam and abuse.
• To meet applicable legal, accounting, and payment obligations.

Booking records and payment

The booking form currently sends requests to our team by email and does not store them in a website booking database. Booking emails may remain in the mailboxes and systems of the people who receive them. If you choose to pay online, Paystack processes the payment. The Apex House does not receive or store your full card details through this website. Paystack handles payment information under its own privacy terms.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare to host this website and provide Turnstile spam protection, Resend to deliver booking emails, and Paystack to process online payments when offered. These providers process information as needed to provide their services and may handle it under their own privacy terms. Their systems may process data in locations outside Nigeria.

Browser storage and security

This website may save your display and accessibility preferences in your browser’s local storage. Turnstile and our hosting provider may use technical data needed to operate the site and prevent abuse. We do not intentionally use this website to run advertising trackers.

How long we keep information

We keep booking and correspondence information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, manage the engagement, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. Copies held by email, payment, and hosting providers are also subject to those providers’ retention practices.

Your choices and requests

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, or raise a concern about its use, subject to information we must keep for legal or business reasons.
