- Bookings are only confirmed upon payment commitment.
- Payments made are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled engagement, subject to availability.
- Extra time beyond the agreed duration attracts additional charges.
- Transportation/logistics fees apply to physical engagements unless otherwise stated.
- Clients are expected to provide necessary details and feedback on time for smooth service delivery.
- Services rendered will strictly align with the agreed scope of work. Additional requests may attract extra charges.
- The Apex House reserves the right to decline engagements that conflict with its values or professional standards.
- Event/project materials or snippets may be used for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
